keeping with our eclectic music policy we have a dj who is huge at the moment. fresh from playing in siberia, yep, siberia…bet it wasn’t as cold as scotladnd though. we present rosie romero. Rosie Romero has now established herself as one of the UK’s most popular female DJs.

2009 is set to be her year, she has big plans with trips to Brazil, Russia and Australia and a packed diary playing the UK’s finest clubs.

She plays monthly at her spiritual home, Sankey’s in Manchester. Her night FrèaquE is a resounding success.

Rubbing shoulders with the planet finest DJ’s such as Danny Tenaglia, Sebastian Leger, Dennis Ferrer, Laidback Luke, Chris Lake, Steve Angello, and Jesse Rose has honed her skills and music.

Playing at a variety of venues across the world has enabled her to switch styles seamlessly. Whether it’s on the deeper side dropping minimal, a rocking techno set or upbeat pumping house, the style is unmistakeable and her energy always shines through.

She can blow the roof off a club with her larger than life persona, she interacts with crowd like a true performer. That is her appeal, the magic ingredient to her success. The crowd just love her.

2008 has seen Rosie release her first productions which have consistently grown in popularity. Leading up to her latest brilliant offering ‘Marambi’ which is part of an E.P. scheduled for release early 2009.
