next up we have a fabulous soul and rare groove mix from an artist we have been featuring in our playlist’s from the beginning of a deeper groove. Skymark is from switzerland now residing in barcelona and is a member of the Soulsociedad dj’s and beats producers. he grew up listening to deep 70’s soul, modern soul, spiritual black jazz, fresh 80’s funk and started collecting records at the age of 11. He started to make beats in 2005 using the MPC and playing different vintage keyboards. After having released the Deep Soul Re-visited album and different beats in compilations he took part in a ‘to be released’ project called ‘A class of its own 2007’ and had the opportunity to work with people like The Mizell Brothers, Andreya Triana, Steve Spacek, Om’as Keith, Blackspade. His album the Disturbed Sky Album is an instrumental project made in 2007 and is released on bagpak records, plenty of hip hop raw beats and soulful vintage keyboards sounds like the moog, the fender Rhodes, the juno 6, check it here :
